Become an interviewing pro! Join YNPN Greater Bflo for a panel discussion on ways to “wow” prospective employers during the interview process. Members of WNY's human resources community will present tips and best practices for interviewing across all sectors, followed by 1-on-1 opportunities for mock interviews. Please bring 5 copies of your resume or email your resume to ynpngreaterbflo@gmail.com 24 hours in advance if you do not have access to a printer. Program Agenda:5:30-5:45 Check in and Registration5:45-6:30 Panel Discussion6:30-7:30 1:1 Mock Interviews and Networking About the Panelists John Senall, Principal and Founder of Mobile First Media John Senall is the Principal and Founder of Mobile First Media—a marketing, communications and digital consultancy. His clients include the University of Miami Health System, Moffitt Cancer Center, Upstate Pharmacy, EMS Healthcare Informatics and the Consortium of Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Centers. John previously was a marketing communications director for 20 years at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, UB and the Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers. His work helped to raise over $200 million for cancer research, patient care and capital needs. John has been recognized with the PRSA Board of Directors' Distinguished Service Award; and as an Editor’s Choice blogger by LinkedIn. He has served as Chair of PRSA’s Northeast District; as an Executive Board member for PRSA’s National Health Academy; and as a Mentor for the UB Alumni Association and for Business Mentor NY. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering as “Coach John” for his daughters’ Amherst Soccer Association teams; and as a percussionist with the Amherst Symphony Orchestra. Lynn Baranyi – Recruiting Manager, Systems Personnel Lynn is a graduate of Buffalo State College and has been in the recruiting industry for almost 15 years. She recruits for a wide varierty of jobs - including IT, accounting/finance, human resources, operation, support/customer service and executive- just to name a few.  Shehas been a computer trainer in a past life so technology is in her blood. Lynn is active in the community supporting organizations such as Friends of the Night People and Goodwill.
